Health Care Assistant (Days & Nights)

Salary: £14-£23 per hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers / Health Care Assistants in Merton to join our team. As a Support Worker / Health Care Assistant, you will provide essential care and assistance to individuals in need. This is a rewarding role that requires empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Duties include:
- Support children, adults and families in need
- Provide personal care and support to individuals in their homes
- Assist with daily activities
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Implement behavior management strategies as needed

Experience:
- At least 6 months experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker in the UK
- Strong organizational skills to manage daily tasks and schedules

• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Croydon, CR0 0XJ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

• Home care: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
• Care Certificate (preferred)
