The Role
- Assisting healthcare professionals in providing patient care.
- Keeping a vigilant eye on and documenting vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
- Aiding individuals with personal care duties, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administering medications following professional guidance and protocols.
- Supporting patient mobility and facilitating safe transfers when needed.
- Ensuring a hygienic and secure patient environment is maintained.
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding as required.
- Offering emotional support to both service users and their families during their healthcare journey
