, The post holder will work alongside and be supervised and supported by their Primary Mental Health Practitioner colleagues to deliver interventions to children and young people as part of the Welsh Government Mental Health Measures 2010. This will involve both providing direct support as well as linking children and young people in to other sources of support and beneficial activities in the community in order to benefit their emotional and mental health. The post holder will be expected to work flexibly as part of a team to ensure excellent delivery of service provision, including working weekends where required to ensure accessibility and continuity of service delivery., , This is an exciting opportunity for motivated workers with relevant experience to develop their experience and clinical skills in child and adolescent mental health.
