The Regional Health Promotion Lead/Project Manager will be responsible for managing health promotions services across all of the West Midlands Prisons, having strategic oversight of local patient engagement leads to achieve this. They will also spend two days a week as a Project Manager, supporting the Regional Manager and the team to roll out new innovations and initiatives.
As part of the role as Regional Health Promotion Lead, the post holder will engage in regular meetings with the sites patient engagement leads and offer ongoing support and leadership. There will be a need for consistent attendance at Health Promotion Action Groups as organised by the National Head of Participation and will be expected to be an integral part of planning and delivering health promotion events and activities throughout the year.
The Regional Health Promotion lead will be required to locate, produce and support in sharing health information resources with sites and ensuring that the Health Champion service is provided across all services within the West Midlands Region.

You’ll receive an annual salary up to £41000per annum - depending on experience.
