You will provide a full range of clerical and administrative duties to support the Heath Team in the Manchester Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub - MASH. You will research requests made for health information for adults who have been referred to the MASH. This will involve the research of NHS health systems to provide, quality, timely information for the citizen within the MASH safeguarding processes. This will require a high degree of concentration and processing highly confidential citizen related information.

A series of service transformations have taken place in Manchester which have changed the way care is delivered and the relationship statutory organisations have with the public. We now have a single hospital provider which has created a single hospital trust for the City of Manchester, a local care organisation (LCO) as a single provider of integrated out of hospital care and a single commissioning organisation called Greater Manchester Integrated Care Board. Building on the long established close partnership between local agencies and the transformations across Manchester, the development of the Adult Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub has provided close working arrangements between key statutory agencies to ensure that referrals and referrers get the right response first time.
