My client based in Weymouth are seeking a Health & Safety Administrator to join their team.
The right candidate will be supporting the Health & Safety Manager to ensure all compliance is met across the site.
They are looking for the right candidate, working in their Weymouth Site.
What is the day to day of the role?
General duties:
- Administration of Health & Safety Compliance for the site
- Maintaining records and ensuring all failures are actioned/followed up
- Arranging waste collection services
- Manage the building's keys - authorisation of employees access, distribution and keeping records of keys
- Keeping up to date with COSHH Requirments and ensuring all departments are kept up to date with current legislation.
- Attending site meetings, including minute taking
- Work closely with contractors ensuring the organisation's policies and procedures are followed and relevant information is distributed
Required skills and qualifications:
- Health & Safety Qualification
- At least 12 months experience as an Administrator
