Your new role
In your role as HSE Advisor, you will be responsible for leading site wide H&S activities including participation in daily meetings with SMT, acting as site lead for H&S, implementing safety first culture across site and ensuring compliance with customer, industry and group legislation. Alongside this, you will be tasked with developing training programmes, mitigation of workplace hazards, conducting risk assessments and will work collaboratively across the production facility.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this HSE Advisor role, you ideally will possess a relevant qualification related to H&S, engineering or manufacturing, coupled with experience in a safety-led role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Your previous experience working independently and collaboratively in a H&S role will allow you to progress well within the group, that provides ample opportunity for an ambitious professional.
What you'll get in return
In return for this position, you will receive a salary of up to £45,000 dependent on your experience, as well as a competitive benefits and pension package.
