Are you looking for an HSE Management role that is out of the ordinary and exciting?

Are you skilled in leading projects and initiatives with experience in ISO45001 / ISO14001 and an IOSH membership to CertIOSH or CMIOSH level?

We are now recruiting for an HSE leader who can drive our business direction for all H&S and ESG agendas, developing, implementing and maintaining health, Safety and Environmental training and programmes to ensure the continued wellbeing of our colleagues.

Your typical day at Innserve working as our HSE Manager will be varied and interesting and will include:

• Managing compliance with ISO45001/ ISO14001 and formulate policies in line with regulations.
• Taking responsibility for leading our ESG agenda, heading up fire safety compliance, regulatory compliance, waste management, risk assessments, and provision of training to protect and engage our colleagues.
• Taking a lead role in incident/accident investigations and manage statutory responses.
• Identifying areas/policies for development and proposing solutions.
• Taking a lead in audits and inspections and in liaising with colleagues in Supply Chain and Operations, you ll employ strong communication skills, building effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

Within this role your stakeholders will range from field-based technicians, warehouse operatives, to our customers and Board Members.

You will be someone who thrives in driving simplicity as we minimise complexity throughout our business.

In order to be successful in this role you should already have:

• NEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent (minimum NVQ Level 5)
• IOSH membership to CertIOSH or CMISOH level with strong knowledge of ISO45001 and ISO4001
• Experience as a Health, Safety and Environmental Manager, leading an ESG agenda.
• A flexible, adaptable approach and comfortable working in complex, fast paced environments.
• The ability to undertake some UK travel as appropriate.
