The difference you will make as a Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) Assurance Officer:
In this role you will support HSE Business Partners in delivering HSE risk management within their risk areas. Support Group Audit in their role as 3rd line of defence by providing technical HSE assurance to the audit programme. Work with the Compliance Team to monitor the Legislation Action Tracker, and monitor policies, procedures, and risk assessments to ensure that they are up to date. Monitor the groups Online Incident Reporting System to identify trends, review and escalate Major Incidents, and ensure that incidents are investigated within a timely manner.
About You
You will have experience in a HSE assurance within a large, dispersed organisation. A Level 3 HSE qualification and demonstrable experience conducting excellent quality internal safety audits.
