Are you a HSSE Engineer looking to progress your career and become a key figure responsible for the successful running of a chemical manufacturing plant within a well-established and expanding company?
On offer is a fantastic opportunity to oversee the Health and Safety function, provide leadership and ensure the smooth running of the entire site, playing a pivotal role in the company's ongoing growth and success.
This is a great time to get on board with this company as they have had a huge demand for their service in recent years. They are looking for a HSSE Engineer with good experience mechanically to help oversee the health and safety function of the site in addition to leading a small maintenance team.
In this role, you will be in charge of the maintenance & and health and safety function of the automated manufacturing systems, driving a positive and pro - active culture of safety and maximum up - time.
This role would suit a candidate with demonstrated experience within a manufacturing facility with a proven focus on safety and quality standards looking to stay with a company long term.
The Role:

• Health & Safety / Maintenance Manager
• Provide leadership and co-ordination for production and health and safety teams
• Touring entire site daily ensuring everything is running smoothly

The Candidate:

• Proven experience in a management position within a manufacturing facility
• NEBOSH qualified
