Office based with local travel to sites
The Engineering & Manufacturing division of SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Health & Safety Officer, to join a well-established building services business based in Leicester. As the main point of contact for all Health & Safety for the business, the successful person will be a well-established professional within the sector.

Scope of the role;

- Advising company employees on all HSE requirements, ensuring the company remains compliant.
- Continual awareness of changes in legislation and update company literature accordingly
- Develop and provide material for site leads and toolbox talks
- Carry out site Health & Safety inspections
- Accident investigation & reporting
- Carry out internal audits and ensure site is external audit ready

The person;

- Experienced as a Health & Safety Officer
- Hold Health & Safety certification such as NEBOSH general certificate
- Strong communicator with the confidence to influence across all areas of the business
- Has a hands on approach to health and safety
- Hold a UK driving licence
