Health & Safety Risk Management Consultant
£40-45k per annum + car allowance
Location: South, Home Counties (Hybrid role covering south of the Midlands)
The Company
Assured Safety Recruitment is actively seeking a dynamic Health & Safety Risk Management Consultant to join a prominent corporate service leader.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the promotion of cutting-edge health and safety propositions to our valued customer base.
Efficiently organize resources to ensure the delivery of top-notch services.
Conduct in-depth client visits/surveys, providing personalized health and safety consultancy.
Collaborate with teams to address the unique needs of large clients through bespoke and specialized support.
Continuously refine and elevate our Risk Management proposition.
Liaise with suppliers to ensure their products align seamlessly with our requirements.
Craft detailed client reports and uphold meticulous record-keeping standards.
Dispense expert technical advice, leveraging existing knowledge and expertise.
Uphold the company's unwavering standards in delivering high-quality solutions to clients.
About you:
Demonstrated success in implementing robust Health and Safety Management Strategies.
Proven experience in overseeing health and safety in multi-site organizations with both UK and international coverage.
Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in developing and implementing Health & Safety Policies, conducting Risk Assessments, Fire Risk Assessments, COSHH Risk Assessment, Manual Handling Assessments, Workplace Transport Risk Assessments, and IOSH Working Safely.
Highly results-oriented, consistently driving for positive outcomes.
Adept communicator with strong operational skills.
Hold the NEBOSH General Certificate.
Full UK Drivers Licence
