You will work 40 hours across 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, with flexible start and finishing times between 7am and 5.30pm. There is also the option of overtime if desired.
Responsibilities within your new role
As the Health and Safety Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering engaging health and safety training programmes for individuals and organisations. You will also ensure that the training content complies with relevant industry standards, regulations and best practices. In addition to this, you will adapt training materials to meet the specific needs of clients and industries while conducting assessments and evaluations to measure training effectiveness and implement improvements.
Your experience, qualifications and personality
We are eager to speak to candidates who have proven experience in health and safety instruction and programme development within the construction field. Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA or equivalent are highly desirable and teaching qualifications such as PTTLS or AET are also welcome. A strong knowledge of local and national safety regulations as well as best practices is essential for this position.
