You will be responsible for patient care with the oversight of named health visitor and vacant caseloads You will contribute to policy and practice development through pathways and evidence based practice, ensuring the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme and GM Early Years delivery model. You will identify areas that require development and improvement and be solution focused to contribute to solutions. You will be responsible for human resource line managing a number of staff. You will utilise clinical supervision and follow HR policy and procedure.
