Working alongside the NHS my client currently sees 3 million patients per year; many of them for diagnostic screening.
Description
Provide a warm and professional first point of contact for all patients
Deal with telephone enquiries in a prompt and effective manner
Clinical appointment booking system
Data collection
Invoices and payments for insured/private patients
Admin support
Profile
Experienced at admin processed and microsoft packages
Confident dealing with patients and handling queries
Confident dealing with medical staff
Professional manner
Good listening skills and empathy
Flexible with regards to working days as the unit operates 7 days/week
Job Offer
Working 4 Days per Week (mainly between Monday to Friday with some weekend cover)
8am - 6pm
£12/Hour + Holiday Pay
Paid Weekly
