An entry level administration and customer service role, full training provided - Candidates welcome to apply from retail, hospitality, Graduates and anyone with good customer service or administrative skills,
9am-5pm Monday-Friday - 22,500
Office based administration and customer service (Hybrid after probation of 6 months)
Working for a growing Healthcare organisation this role is available immediately. Lots of progression available so an ambitious, keen learner is required.
Supporting a team of healthcare professionals you will be responsible for the full coordination of their diary's and management of the service contract
You will schedule, book and confirm appointments for vaccinations- coordinating around 16 appointments per day
Be first point of contact for emails and general enquiries
Report formatting and sending to patients - excellent attention to detail required - Strong Grammar and accuracy is key
Utilising 3 different systems you will be working in a paperless environment
Liaison with Nurses, Doctors and Healthcare professionals
