Position: Female Care Worker - Urgently Needed

iCare Living is a rapidly growing national company seeking Female Care Workers to support a child with complex health conditions in their home. We offer an excellent rate of £15 per hour for day shifts and waking nights, with sleep-in nights paid at National Minimum Wage (NMW). Full nursing training is provided.

Job Description:
As a Female Care Worker, you will assist the client in living as independently as possible in their own home and local community. We provide comprehensive clinical and social care training to ensure you are competent and confident in your role. Opportunities for career development are also available.
Responsibilities:
- Support the client with complex health needs, including PEG feeding, moving & handling, and medication administration.
- Maintain a warm and friendly approach while delivering exceptional care.
- Work as part of a team on a regular shift rota basis, with full and part-time hours available.
Requirements:
- Experience or willingness to learn how to manage clients with complex health needs.
- Well-presented, punctual, and reliable.
- Warm and friendly demeanor.
