GTS Finance is seeking an Associate Health & Protection Specialist to support our dynamic team. Work closely with senior consultants, manage policies, and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data collection and verification.
- Scheme report drafting and management.
- Quote requests and renewal coordination.
- AML checks and meeting support.
- Member query resolution and client liaison.
- Record maintenance and process improvement.
Requirements: Essential:
- CII IF7 certification.
- Healthcare insurance administration experience.
- Strong communication and MS Office skills. Desirable:
- A-Level or equivalent education.
- GCSE Maths and English (Grade B or higher).
- IO database and AML check experience.
This is a maternity cover contract, with a minimum of 6 months work starting from April.
This is a Work From Home role, or 1 day a week in the London office, but a purely remote role will be considered.
