The Group Clinical team is a global function of Bupa Group, sitting in Bupa's London head office. The team is led by Bupa's Chief Medical Officer and works to support and promote the work of the thousands of clinicians and customer-facing teams working across the company's health insurance and healthcare provision businesses (digital primary care, hospitals, dental clinics, clinics, care homes). The role reports to the Head of Healthcare Promotion and sits in a wider team focused on Healthcare Strategy & Promotion.

What you'll do
- Manage the collation of information / data / videos from a variety of sources, and create slick, professional multimedia assets from these using video editing / graphic design software such as Canva and Adobe Premier Pro
- Develop and implement strategies for disseminating assets for the Group Clinical team to get the greatest engagement.
- Source and lify key information, opinion, and messages from the clinical community, linked to the Bupa strategy and clinical priority areas for internal and external audiences.
- Lead on key caigns, supporting the Head of Healthcare Promotion in the internal and external promotion of Bupa's global healthcare reach, activities and expertise.
- Create and design polished thought-leadership content for conferences, panels, speeches, events, social media activity, and traditional media opportunities.
- Play a significant role in the planning and delivery of Bupa's Healthcare Symposium - a major conference bringing together experts from across the sector to discuss and debate the future of healthcare and showcase Bupa's experience in a variety of different global healthcare markets.
- Support the development of Bupa's view of sustainable healthcare and promote the work undertaken to support our vision for healthy people and healthy planet.
- Support Bupa's diversity and inclusion initiatives focused on inclusive healthcare by promoting Group Clinical's voice.
- Work closely and collaboratively with colleagues in Brand, Corporate Affairs and Internal Communications locally and globally
- Lead on developing bupa.com activity so that it showcases key materials developed by the Group Clinical team and clinicians across the business e.g. reports, speeches, opinion pieces, recordings of panel events and conferences.
You
- Experience in and passion for the healthcare sector and telling the stories of those who deliver it.
- Flawless written and spoken English with proven copy writing experience. Additional language skills would be fantastic!
- Ability to understand healthcare information and data, and to distil this into clear and concise communications materials and compelling stories tailored to different audiences.
- Solid story-telling skills, with the ability to communicate creatively across a variety of visual and written mediums.
- Experience of internal and external social media channel management, with the ability to adapt content to suit different channels and audiences.
- Great time management skills and ability to work under pressure, meet changing and competing deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Great stakeholder management skills, accomplished in building trusted relationships across a complex, matrix business and in delivering projects to a desired conclusion.
- Skilled in creating high quality, engaging content for a wide range of audiences and passionate about promoting the work of healthcare teams.
