Promoting Sounds is a record label with a billion streams across our signed songs, and a following of millions across different Social Media platforms such as Tik Tok and Instagram.

We are looking for a talented creative individual with Social Media marketing expertise to strategise how to grow the brand further on our various platforms and creating both pictures and videos to help promote the songs & artists we have signed to our label. There is a lot of content to be made each day and so a good work ethic is required. We are more than happy to train this individual to have an excellent idea of what works on Promoting Sounds' platforms as well as any specifics on the design front for best practices.

This indvidual needs experience in these areas:

Graphic Design - e.g. Adobe Photoshop

Video Design - e.g. Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro

Social Media Managing - Running a Tik Tok, Instagram & YouTube profiles and helping them gain traction

This role will entail:

- Making creative and artistic short form video content for Tiktok and Reels that helps promote our records. This can be using pop culture videos (trending films/tv) or other media (such as anime) edited into a final product that suits the song.

- Creating a community and formulating new ideas for our brand and the Social Media platforms that the label is represented on (Instagram, Tiktok etc)

- Coming up with ideas and inspiration for our signed artists accounts on short form platforms. (Suggesting trends and adapting them to work with their style of music, creating aesthetic tik tok picture slides using pictures of them/pop culture references).

This would be a five day work week, requiring you to come into the office on regular schedule 2x a week (e.g. Monday & Thursday). We would decide the content that would need to be made for the week ahead on Monday, and would be a check in on Thursday for a review.

Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Education:

• A-Level or equivalent (required)

Experience:

• Social media managing: 1 year (preferred)
• Adobe Photoshop: 1 year (preferred)
