Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Social Media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage with our target audience. Duties:
- Develop and execute Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for various Social Media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Manage Social Media accounts and ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms
- Monitor Social Media trends, tools, and applications to stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments
- Analyze Social Media metrics and provide regular reports on campaign performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Social Media efforts with overall marketing objectives
- Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in Social Media management
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Social Media platforms, trends, tools, and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for engaging content
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in public relations is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
