Since our opening in 2023, our restaurant has celebrated modern Indian cuisine and Paro has been featured in the likes of Esquire, CNTraveller and more. Located in the heart of Covent Garden, we are dedicated to providing exceptional experiences and delicious food.

As well as running a vibrant restaurant, we also understand the importance of effective Marketing and Social Media presence. From engaging our community online to promoting our unique offerings, we are seeking a dedicated Marketing and Social Media Manager to join our team to help run all marketing for both Paro Covent Garden, and the sister site of chef Niaz Caan, City Spice in London’s Brick Lane.

Marketing and Social Media Manager Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement across socials.
• Manage Social Media platforms and create compelling content that showcases our restaurant's unique offerings. Content creation includes graphics, Instagram Reel/Tiktok posts and photography posts which convey the vision and brand of the restaurant.
• Collaborate with the team, general manager’s, chef Niaz Caan to plan and execute promotional campaigns and events.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to optimize marketing efforts.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, media, and local community partners, inviting them into both brands in return for content collaborations.
• Help enable the vision for both Paro and City Spice, along with Niaz Caan.
• Manage the social presence of both restaurants, including review and comment responses.
• Dynamic campaigns where needed, working with the PR manager for Paro Covent Garden.
• Build weekly email newsletters for the brands

• Full-time position with salary
• Flexible schedule across 5 days, Monday - Sunday availability required as well as being on site.

Qualifications

• Undegraduate degree in any discipline (essential, especcially for sponsored visa)
• Photography skills for food and drinks (essential)
• SEO management for Google webpage optimisation (essential)
• Content creation (reels, tiktoks) (essential)
• Creative campaign marketing (desirable)
• PR Experience (desirable)
• Social media management and account growth (essential)
• Newsletter design and management (desirable)
• Experience in any customer-facing role

Salary - Up to £41,000 for the 1st year
