THE ROLE
A lawyer at the mid to senior level is sought to join the Health team which has been growing year-on-year
This is one of the leading firms providing legal advice and support to the NHS and independent healthcare organisations.
The Healthcare and Public Law team is looking to recruit a lawyer to handle a wide range of advisory work for the NHS and other public and private organisations operating in the health and social care Sector.
The role also includes advising a range of public, private and third sector clients on professional disciplinary matters, judicial review and other public/administrative law.
THE CANDIDATE
With previous relevant experience within healthcare law you will have familiarity with issues relevant to organisations in the health and social care sector
Experience of litigation work is preferable.
