THE ROLE
An experienced Legal Executive with commercial Real Estate experience at GCILEx level or above is sought to work closely with colleagues at all levels on a range of asset management matters for some of the firm's largest Real Estate clients.
There may also be exposure to Real Estate finance work, depending on the candidate's experience.
ABOUT YOU
Commercial Real Estate experience at GCILEx level or above gained at a leading international, national or regional practice.
Experience of acting for institutional investors.
A clear understanding of and enthusiasm for commercial Real Estate asset management work.
Responsiveness and a track record of delivering excellent client service.
Excellent drafting and negotiating skills.
Willingness to take ownership of a range of asset management matters.
A team player within a diverse and inclusive department.
