Junior Property Manager - NW London (Hybrid) - Up to £38k
We’re working with a well established and respected independent firm of Chartered Surveyors based in Hampstead.
As a multi-disciplined Property Consultancy, they provide services across Surveying, Block and AST Management.
Within their Block Management team, an opportunity has arisen for a Junior Property Manager as follows:
- A step up role enabling transition from Assistant Property Manager level to fully fledged autonomous portfolio management
- Working from an office (in Hampstead) initially before moving to a hybrid arrangement (if preferred) once settled/autonomous
- Initially assisting a Senior Property Manager (with their Leasehold Block Portfolio) before progressing onto management of a starter portfolio autonomously
- Duties will include dealing with Service Charge Budgets, Maintenance/Contractors, Insurance provision / claims, site inspections and daily resident communication (phone, email)
- Full supervision/training provided for those in need with a view in all cases of progressing to Property Management status as soon as possible
- Portfolio is concentrated in NW and N London mostly with some outlying blocks within the inner M25 generally (blocks are generally 30-40 units in size)
- Excellent in-house support and expertise through Surveying, Accounts and Administration teams
- Long established firm with virtually zero staff turnover
The successful Assistant Property Manager / Junior Property Manager can expect a starting salary up to £38k with ongoing reviews and uplifts based on length of service and progression.
