Our property management client is seeking a dynamic, adaptable and driven junior PA / Receptionist, with enthusiasm to learn and excellent organisational skills to join their team based in Oxford Circus.
This Junior PA / Receptionist will be required to play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations, from managing front desk responsibilities to providing administrative support. The right candidate must have the ability to work autonomously, prioritise workload and have excellent attention to detail. Strong communication skills and professional appearance are essential.
There is plenty of opportunity to develop valuable skills and grow professionally in this role.
Receptionist and Microsoft packages experience (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint) are required.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- First point of contact for guests & visitors
- Handling internal & external phone calls and emails
- Maintaining the reception area
- Manage meeting rooms
- Handling confidential documents
- Helping organise office events, birthdays, drinks etc
- General administrative tasks (i.e scanning, distributing, post/packages)
- Keeping basic office supplies stocked
- Liaising with building management (reception team, facilities, contractors)
Hours: 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday (with ability to work flexible hours)
Based: Office (Oxford Circus)
Holidays: 25 days
Salary: £26-28k
