Healthcare Regulatory Principal Associate
£65,000 - £80,000
My client, a top-tier law firm, is actively seeking a Principal Associate specialising in Healthcare Regulatory, Public, and Commercial Disputes to join their expanding Healthcare Law department. In this role, you will collaborate with an award-winning healthcare team and work closely with respected Partners to offer expert legal counsel to a diverse clientele, encompassing both public and private sector clients.
The ideal candidate should possess over 6 years PQE as a defendant solicitor. A strong grasp of welfare applications under the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and the National Health Service is crucial. Additionally, the ability to build good client and witness relationships, coupled with strong negotiation skills, is highly desirable. Candidates with backgrounds in Clinical Negligence and claimant law are encouraged to apply.
