The Digestive and Emergency Surgery care group have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join the Healthy Bowel team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator to join the specialist regional team providing clerical support to the team.
The ideal candidate will be someone who can work as part of an team to help to improve our patient experience. They must have the ability to plan own workload as appropriate and provide additional support to the team as required.
To provide a comprehensive administration service in dealing effectively and efficiently with processing of daily workloads, clinic reception and general office duties. Daily tasks will include;
• Clinic reception
• Answering calls
• Using digital technology to communicate to patients
• Manage waiting lists
• Schedule patients appointments
• Manage clinical diaries ensuring clinical workloads are maximised
• Ordering clinical consumables
• Ordering office consumables
Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust was created on 1 October 2019 following the merger of two adult acute Trusts, Aintree University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and the Royal Liverpool and Broadgreen University Hospitals NHS Trust.
