What you will be doing as our Healthy Minds Practitioner:
You will play a fundamental role in ensuring patients' mental and emotional health needs are effectively addressed. This role will involve conducting assessments, triaging patients, offering psychoeducation, and providing support. You’ll be utilising a range of therapeutic techniques to empower individuals to manage their mental health and connect them to appropriate resources.
