SalaryHeat Pump Engineer required for our client, a Surrey-based company that specialises in the design and installation of high-quality renewable energy systems such as Heat Pumps and solar panels for the residential sector across Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Surrey, Hampshire, and parts of London.
As part of our clients continued business growth over the past few years, they are looking to bring on someone within their Heat Pump Installation team to complete the installation and occasional servicing of a range of mainly Air Source Heat Pumps, with Ground Source Heat Pumps also installed on occasion.
The ideal Heat Pump Engineer will either be a Gas Engineer/Heating Engineer who is looking to transition into the renewables industry, or an experienced Heat Pump Engineer who is looking for an opportunity to join a rapidly expanding local company who can offer a range of training, development, and progression opportunities.
One of our client's key value's is developing talent from within, and therefore they currently employ a number of skilled apprentices within the company, who are ready to learn more about the heating industry. The successful Heat Pump Engineer would be someone who is interested in helping the next generation of engineers learn and develop their skills.
Heat Pump Engineer Position Requirements
- 3 - 5 years' experience within the Heating and/or Heat Pumps industry
- Competent in completing domestic heating installations, such as new boiler set ups and hot water cylinder installs
- Experience installing, servicing, or maintaining Heat Pumps desirable
- Full UK driving licence
- Domestic Gas tickets desirable, but not essential
Heat Pump Engineer Position Remuneration
- Salary £38,000
- Company van provided
- 5 hour working week
- 33 day's holiday (25 days + 8 bank holidays)
- Company pension provided (5% contribution)
- Progression into a management position available
