Recruiting an  Administrator  for our Heating department.

So, who are we?

Multi-award-winning CES is the leader in the energy sector, offering eligible homeowners FREE energy solutions (Solar, Air Source Heat Pumps and Insulation), aiding them in reducing their Carbon emissions and energy bills as well as adding value to their property.

Responsibilities will include:

(Full training will be provided)

• Processing survey information for the heating installation planning.
• Update spreadsheets with the daily activities.
• Diary management - monitor active jobs and book new jobs.
• Monitor and order heating kits needed for the installs.
• Liaising with our heating install teams out in the trade.
• Update live spreadsheets with all communication with the install teams leading to clear communication between departments.
• Generate documents, e.g. warranties.
• Populate handover packs.
• Record keeping of all the departments' invoices.

Required skill set:

• Hunger to learn and progress.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Proficient in internet-based work, especially working on Google spreadsheets.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Salary: £22,000.00 per year.

Working hours: 09:00 - 17:30 Monday to Thursday and Friday 09:00 - 16:00.
