This exciting company is seeking multiple Hebrew-speaking Customer Service candidates to join their team.
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing support to their customers via phone, email and live chat. This includes handling queries, resolving customer issues, handling some complaints from time-to-time. You will also be making inbound and outbound calls, responding to emails in a timely and professional manner and any other ad-hoc duties needed by the team.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be fluent in Hebrew and will be able to speak, read and write it and use the language in a professional capacity. You have experience working in Customer Service, either face-to-face or over the phone. You will also be able to work in the South Manchester area and also be able to work from home from time to time.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a great rate of up to £13 per hour plus holiday pay. You will be working for an exciting company with a lot of prospects and opportunities. You will also be able to work from home a few days a week.
