Due to ongoing growth, my client are looking for an experienced Litho Printer. Based in Stockport and operating for over a century, they specialise in printed marketing materials.
The ideal candidate will have excellent pre-existing industry acquired skills; with experience in setting up and running highly technical litho press equipment, experience of Heidelberg CX102 or CD102 presses is highly desirable.
 
The Role:

- Set up, operate, and oversee the effective running of a Heidelberg CX102 5 colour press
- Deliver against internal KPIs, SLAs and other targets to meet customer requirements
- Manage end to end production workflow including related communications, ensuring that quality procedures are followed throughout the production cycle and delivery of each project on time
- Ensure that all jobs are delivered successfully to a high-quality standard
- To manage a busy workload efficiently and effectively.

 
The Candidate:

- Has experience as a Heidelberg CX102 or CD102 (or similar) press minder
- Has the ability to manage expectations around timescales and deliverables
- Can work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently
- Has a proactive approach to work, always willing to learn and working to improve processes
- Can communicate effectively and build rapport with all departments and with external suppliers
- Have a flexible attitude towards work

 
This is a full-time role working standard day shifts Monday to Friday, salary starting at £34,000 upwards and fully negotiable based on experience for the right person.
