Helpdesk Administrator required immediately

Your new company is an educational organisation based in Brislington.
Your new role
The organisation are looking for a Helpdesk Administrator to start immediately on a temporary, three month basis. Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00 (40 hours per week). Pay is dependent on experience. Main duties of the role include:

• Assisting with raising and closing tasks on CAFM system
• Scheduling work on calendars
• Raising orders on Oracle
• Supporting the Helpdesk team with phone calls and emails
• Liaising with site teams and engineers
• Helping team with increased work load when necessary

What you'll need to succeed

• Ideally looking for someone with CAFM experience
• Experience in a customer service role
• Ability to prioritise workload
• Facilities management experience would be a bonus
• Enhanced DBS (we can apply for)
