Your new role
The organisation are looking for a Helpdesk Administrator to start immediately on a temporary, three month basis. Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00 (40 hours per week). Pay is dependent on experience. Main duties of the role include:
- Assisting with raising and closing tasks on CAFM system
- Scheduling work on calendars
- Raising orders on Oracle
- Supporting the Helpdesk team with phone calls and emails
- Liaising with site teams and engineers
- Helping team with increased work load when necessary
What you'll need to succeed
- Ideally looking for someone with CAFM experience
- Experience in a customer service role
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Facilities management experience would be a bonus
- Enhanced DBS (we can apply for)
