Job Title: Facilities Administrator
Location: Westhill, Aberdeenshire
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (40 hours per week)

Helpdesk Administrator to join our dynamic team in Westhill, Aberdeenshire. This role

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming calls on a busy helpdesk, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
- Utilize CAFM systems proficiently to upload incoming PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) jobs.
- Conduct meticulous time-sheet checking to ensure accurate and timely records of work performed.
- Verify and manage certificates, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Provide administrative support to the helpdesk team as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a busy helpdesk or customer service role is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity within a Facilities Management environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
