Job description

We are looking to recruit a highly ecperinec helpdesk and Admin Advisor for work in a busy organisation based in Cambridge.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FM, with an understanding of the Helpdesk function to ensure compliance within the operational specifications, with the ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
* Raising subcontractor and supplier purchase orders in a timely manner and ensuring that purchase orders are updated when changes required.
* Actioning all Customer queries and requests in a timely manner, escalating as required.
* Raising quotes onto in house system and following through process / requirement to the completion of the works.
* Daily review and process supplier invoices
* Ensuring systems both internally and externally are updated with the correct information and documentation Maintain people records for holiday, sickness and expenses
* To assist in the production of supporting financial information
* Supporting senior Administrator with the month end billing and WIP
* Continuously update appropriate accounting system with detailed & accurate information ensuring supporting information / evidence is in place
* To enable full auditable trails with, for example but not limited, to invoices, timesheets, material orders and goods received notes
* Correspondence and filing.
* Ensure that appropriate and standardised record keeping is in place.
* General office administration duties, as required by the business.
* Proactively share best and safe working practices.

Skills:

Experience gained within the Facilities Management environment.

Good PC based skills, with experience in Word/Excel and Outlook, PowerPoint etc. - intermediate to advance level

Knowledge of SAP and Planon is desired but not essential as training can be given.

Working within structured client environment, alongside a customer third party audit structure

A basic understanding of accounting would also be a benefit

Pay Rate - £15.50 per hour

We will require to carry out a Standard DBS Check

This is a Temp to Perm role

Hours 9am - 5pm
