As a Helpdesk Engineer, you will primarily be responsible for 2nd line technical support and will be required to visit client premises to provide on-site support when required.
Helpdesk Engineer Requirements:
- Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server
- Experience of supporting Microsoft 365
- Networking knowledge and experience
- Full clean UK driving licence (for manual vehicle)
- Candidate must pass DBS check
Desirable:
- Microsoft Professional Certification
- Experience of deploying and managing Azure solutions
- WatchGuard certification and experience
- Experience of ConnectWise
- Experience supporting Apple Macs
- Create and manage scripts using PowerShell and Automate RMM tool
- Management of hosted services for Web, Email and SQL databases
Helpdesk Engineer Benefits:
