Currently looking to recruit a Help desk Supervisor in Lewisham. 40 hours a week 08:00 - 17:00, Mon - Fri Undertaking:
- On - site effective help desk service
- Receiving calls, logging onto the FM Support System
- Building relationships with operational staff and feeding through to the team
- Monitoring cal activity + creating call volume reports
- Administrative support to the team
- Must have experience in an Fm environment in a help desk role
- Experience in leading and supervising a team
- Excellent Health and Safety Knowledge
- Excellent Customer service and communication skills
