Looking to recruit a Helpdesk Supervisor to join a leading maintenance company based in South East London

We are looking for someone who has got experience leading Customer service/ Planning teams in a Maintenance environment
You will be:
- Supporting a team of help desk service advisors in an FM environment
- Receiving calls using support system, achieving KPI'S
- Build longstanding relations in the team and wider support network
- Identify areas of improvement and implement processes
- Monitor performance and create reports
You will need:
- Previous experience in an FM Maintenance environment ideally at a Supervisory level
- Supervisory experience
- Able to lead a team
- Excellent communication and Customer service skills
