HGL Former Tenant Arrears and Moving on Officer

We are currently looking for a Former Tenant Arrears and Moving On Officer to assist with Housing Gateway Limited’s (HGL) former arrears account management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Working closely with the Income Recovery Team
- Help tenants understand and benefit from Moving on programmes
- Work to ensure income related benefits and reductions are taken into consideration for assessments amongst other factors
- Offer advice professionally to contacts and customers
- Provide excellent customer service and help find solutions regarding debt, income and financial assessment

 Requirements:

- Able to work as part of a wider team to achieve shared integrated goals
- Experience working with Corporate policies and working within national and local legislative requirements
- Experience providing collection/ financial assessment services and processing claims relating to income
