Key Responsibilities:- Safely and efficiently operate an HGV Class 1 vehicle for night trunking duties.- Conduct timely collection and delivery of goods to designated locations.- Adhere to all relevant road safety regulations and company policies while on the road.- Conduct regular vehicle checks, reporting any issues or defects promptly.- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signed paperwork and electronic records.- Communicate effectively with the transport team and report any delays or issues encountered during the shift.- Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor throughout all interactions.Qualifications and Experience:- Hold a valid HGV Class 1 licence with relevant CPC and Digi Tacho card.- Proven experience in night trunking and driving HGV Class 1 vehicles.- Excellent knowledge of road safety regulations and legal requirements.- Ability to navigate efficiently with the aid of Sat Nav or other relevant tools.- Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with colleagues and customers.- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.- Flexibility to work night shifts including weekends, as required.

Must have hivis, safety boots, CPC and tacho card.
