AddressThis role will require drivers to have GROUPAGE EXPERIENCE within the Logistics industry and a flexible approach to start time depending on daily workload. Up to 55 hours per week.
Weekly hours within the parameters of the legal driving hours & working time directive
Up to 3 nights out per week will be required
HGV Class 2 Driver required - based out of our location in Witham, Essex, CM8
Minimum 2 years HGV Class 2 driving experience with Groupage experience
Current GB driver digital tachograph card & CPC is required and valid driving licence
Nights out will be required each week (fully subsidised)

- Driving Company commercial vehicles for the purpose of collecting and delivering freight (Ranging from 7.5 tonners to 26 tonners)
- Multi Drop/Pickup
- Some Tail lift deliveries and collections as well as some manual handling when needed (kerbside)
- Ensuring that all loads are checked for discrepancies (damage/shortages etc) and are safely loaded and secured on the vehicle. Must be reported immediately if different.
- Daily maintenance checks on the vehicle you have been assigned to
- Ensuring that all records pertaining to the role (Tacho’s, Time sheets, Trip sheets, Receipts etc) are kept in a orderly fashion & handed in in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Includes deliveries in all areas of London (accessible for HGVs) when required
