Address Our client is a family-run operation based in Ilkeston, Derbyshire, primarily focusing on light HGV vehicles.
We're seeking a candidate who can demonstrate independence as well as excellent team collaboration skills, possesses strong organisational skills, and is able to prioritise their workload. This role is primarily workshop-based and involves maintaining our extensive internal fleet along with external customer vehicles. Candidates may occasionally need to attend Manufacturer training courses, for which travel and accommodation will be provided.

- Undertaking servicing, repairs, and maintenance.
- Preparing for MOT;
- Attending roadside breakdowns/callouts as per a rotational schedule, with additional payments
- Participating in Manufacturer training courses as required
- Qualified to City and Guilds level or equivalent in motor vehicle engineering
- Experienced HGV mechanic or Experienced Motor Vehicle Technician
- Driving licence required; HGV Class 2 licence would be advantageous
