Higher Level Teaching Assistant

South Tyneside

GBP525 - GBP555 per week

September 2024 - December 2024

The School and Role

A 'Good' small school based in South Tyneside is looking to appoint a passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work on a full-time basis. The desired Higher Level Teaching Assistant will be supporting children across EYFS to Key Stage 2 covering PPA for foundation subjects and providing general classroom support. This schools aims to provide children with a variety of learning opportunities ensuring they are prepared to face all new challenges with strong foundations.

Requirements

The desired Higher Level Teaching Assistant will have;

  • Experience of working with primary school aged children.
  • Experience of working with pupils with SEND.
  • A passion for the progress of primary school pupils.
  • An ability to work as part of a team.
