Teacher Active are supporting a primary school based in East London, who are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their dynamic and supportive team!

Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA): As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting teaching and learning across various subjects. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and eager to contribute to the success of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead small group activities and interventions.
• Support teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
• Contribute to the development of an inclusive and positive learning environment.
• Provide one-on-one support to students as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive teaching team.

Requirements:

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
• Passion for working with children and supporting their learning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
