Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Location: Partner schools across Bradford Contract Type: Full-time/Part-time, Permanent Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Role and Responsibilities: - Support teaching and learning activities as directed by the class teacher or senior staff.- Lead small group sessions and deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher.- Assist in planning and preparing educational resources and materials.- Provide individualized support to students to ensure their learning needs are met.- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to create a positive learning environment.

Requirements: - HLTA qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to engage and motivate students in their learning.- Experience working with children in an educational setting.- A positive attitude and a passion for supporting the academic and social development of students.
