Application Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA is preferred, but not essential. You should be able to effectively engage with students, colleagues, and parents from diverse backgrounds.• A relevant qualification in education or childcare is desirable, but not mandatory. We value enthusiasm, dedication, and a commitment to ongoing learning.

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons, providing one-on-one support to students as needed. Your enthusiasm and dedication will inspire a love of learning.• Develop strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering a sense of community and collaboration within the school.• Assist in assessing student progress and contribute to lesson planning, ensuring that each student receives personalised support tailored to their needs.
