Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant ( HLTA )
Location: Wickford
Salary Scale: 80- 105
Contract Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:

• As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant you will lead and manage classroom activities, providing support to teachers as needed.
• Offer targeted assistance to individual students and small groups.
• As a Higher Level Teaching assistant you will assist in the planning and delivery of lessons, adapting materials to cater to diverse learning needs.
• As a HLTA you will collaborate with teachers to assess and monitor student progress, offering constructive feedback.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
• As a HLTA you will support the implementation of behaviour management strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• HLTA qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational environment.
