Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (PRU) - Southend, Essex

Remedy Education are working with Pupil Referral Unit located in Southend, committed to providing tailored education and support to students who require additional assistance to overcome barriers to learning. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team at this site. As an HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting our students' education and development, working closely with teachers and other staff to provide high-quality learning experiences.

Qualifications:
* HLTA Qualification: Hold a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant qualification or lots of experience in TA/LSA & some exposure to teaching.
* Experience: Have relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within a PRU or alternative provision setting.
* SEN Experience: Strong understanding and experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN).
* Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive working environment.
* Flexibility: Adaptability and willingness to take on a range of responsibilities.
