The successful HLTA will have patience, commitment, and a willingness to work in a challenging but rewarding environment.Our Outstanding rated specialist school offers specialist provision for students with a range of Special Educational Needs including complex learning difficulties, social communication disorders and / or a diagnosis of Autism, as well as co
occurring difficulties.You will be working alongside a supportive and dedicated team of therapy staff and teachers, with a goal of providing students with a nurturing environment to develop their social communication and emotional regulation.It is essential for our HLTAs to be willing to cover some lessons and also offer support, both academically and in addressing behaviour, social and emotional needs.
